Pamela Anderson has responded after Liam Neeson confessed to falling ‘madly in love’ with her while the pair worked together on the reboot of The Naked Gun.

The icons got together earlier this. year to work on a reboot of the iconic 1988 The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!

The reboot, expected in 2025, follows Neeson taking on the role of Drebin Jr. – who its assumed is the son of Frank Drebin from the original.

Anderson, who’s role in the film has not been announces, is said to be ‘terrific’ to work with, according to Neeson.

The 72-year-old had an interview with People where he shared:

“She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you.”

He added that she had ‘no huge ego’ and ‘just comes in to do the work’: “She’s going to be terrific in the film.”

Anderson has since responded to his high praise. She said he ‘brings out the best in you’ and that he does it ‘with respect, kindness and depth of experience’.

Adding that he ‘sincerely looked after’ her, remembering moments that he ‘wrapped his coat around [her] when [she] was cold,’ resolving he’s the ‘perfect gentleman’.

“It was an absolute honor to work with him.”

The Naked Gun is expected for release on August 1, 2025.
