A four-month-old baby girl has died after experiencing soaring temperatures while on a boat trip with family.
On 5 July at around 5:00pm, Tanna Rae Wroblewski was rushed to Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center in Arizona, US from a family boat trip on the lake.
The child had been ‘enjoying a family day on the lake’ in celebration of Fourth of July – according to authorities and a GoFundMe page since set up for her family – when it’s reported Tanna ‘lost consciousness’ and the family ‘immediately started CPR’ before Lake Havasu City Fire Department ‘quickly arrived to take over life-saving procedures’.
“Tanna was rushed to Havasu Regional Medical Center where they continued to work on her to get a pulse.
“She was then airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital where they did everything in their power to revive her,” the GoFundMe continues.
It states: “But God had other plans, and took Tanna to heaven that night.”

According to 12News, Tanna’s cause of death has not yet been publicly released and Mohave County Sheriff’s Office are continuing to investigate her death.
However, authorities are reported as suspecting the young child’s passing could be heat-related – temperatures in Lake Havasu having reached highs of 120°F, according to Accuweather.
Tanna’s family have since taken to social media to pay tribute to her.

The GoFundMe states: “Tanna Rae Wroblewski, our real-life angel, became an angel in heaven. We are beyond devastated, heartbroken; there are just no words.
“The Wroblewski’s experienced the unthinkable. Enjoying a family day on the lake turned into the most unimaginable day of their lives.
“[…] Our precious baby girl gave us her last smiles and we gave her our last kisses. We will never understand why you had to leave so soon, you were just too perfect.
“The Wroblewski’s are surrounded by so much support, love, family, and friends. You would never expect the unthinkable to happen, and have to plan a funeral for your sweet baby girl at the shy age of four months old.
“All of your love, thoughts, and prayers are truly appreciated as they are going through the most difficult, unimaginable time in their lives.”
